THis will be the bands first studio release since their debut album. A futher two EPs will follow in the next 6 months and the band hope to release the full album in the summer of 2011.

The band's critically acclaimed debut album "Last Of The Charanguistas" has won widespread praise internationally, including the coveted "Editor's Choice" in Rolling Stone Magazine and BBC Radio 1's "Introducing Album Of The Week." The Epstein's rich and spaced out cinematic soundscapes have lured many a musical wanderer on an enchanting journey through dustbowl blues, pastoral folk and alternative roots music.

The Epstein have spent the past 18 months touring the UK and Europe and appearing at summer festivals, including the prestigious Glastonbury, Wychwood, Innocent, Truck, Canterbury and Cornbury Festivals. They have made regular visits to Germany and to Holland, where they recently appeared at the prestigious Rhythm & Blues Festival in Groningen.

The Epstein have played alongside bands that include Stornoway, Danny and The Champions Of The World, The Travelling Band, ViaRosa, Absentee, Ox, Po Girl and many many more.

'The Epstein, a wonderful quintet from Oxford, really caught the ear, especially all-a-quiver singer Olly Wills and guitarist Jon Berry during the epic Chimes and their evocative ode to actress Sophia Loren.'

'The Epstein are flawless; tight Fleet Foxes style harmonies decorate their singular brand of tender, beautifully arranged Americana...for anyone enjoying the current vogue for all things folk flecked and country tinged they are a must see..'
