Cancellation Policy

Subscription Term
Agreements will be considered to be in effect until cancelled, a minimum 10 month subscription applies to all members. Annual Agreements will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Subscription Payment
All payments must be made in advance. Payment is expected via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), other methods if available may incur a small service charge (Cheques etc).

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your account by sending an email, your cancellation request may take up to 14 days to process. No refunds will be issued. The minimum subscription Term applies and you will be required any outstanding balance due.

Delinquent Accounts
Musicosity reserves the right to suspend the customers account if not paid by the due date. Musicosity may choose, at its option, to let delinquent accounts remain active. The customer will remain liable for subscription charges until the account is cancelled.
